What does diversity mean?

The concept of diversity is a blend of both acceptance and respect. It is act of recognizing individual differences and uniqueness.

If you had to list the characteristics of a group of people, the chances of having a good number with the same characteristics will be almost close to nil. This individuality of each one is the root of diversity.

It is imperative to accept diversity because it brings real benefits to businesses. Hiring a diverse group of employees enables the use of a wider range of talents and skills.

- kjenne operasjonelle prosedyrer
- kjenne til prosedyrer for elektroniske kart (oppdatering, bestilling, permits etc.)
