It explains the cyclic 24-hour cycle and explains the MLC 2006 min rest and max work option. 

Drills, UMS watches, over time and how they would relate to the hours of work and rest explained. 

Various points regarding crew members maintaining individual records, deviation of rest hours in case of emergency, the difference between on-call/standby, and using the planning tool to plan rest hours are explained in depth.
