Contents of this training module include

- details of the Dräger UCF® FireCore thermal imaging camera and the Dräger

FPS® in-mask display,

- charging the batteries and displays on the charging modules,

- use of the two components,

- cleaning of thermal imaging camera and display,

- disinfection of the display, and

- safety instructions.

Contents of this online training on the Dräger Parat® 3100 escape filter device

include:

• Area of application

• Periodical inspection

• Opening of the housing

• Donning

The online training closes with a short quiz.

Course goal: This course aims to provide the knowledge and techniques for carrying out effective toolbox talks

Learning Objectives:

LO1 Define what is meant by a toolbox talk

LO2  Describe the communication process and explain its importance in carrying out a successful toolbox talk 

LO3 Describe the verbal communication process

LO4 Describe the non-verbal communication process

LO5 Identify the main components of a toolbox talk

LO6 Identify the roles and responsibilities involved in a toolbox talk

LO7 Summarise the key points of a toolbox talk

This online training will provide you with an overview of:

- intended use and design of the Dräger X-plore® 1300 and 1700 FFPs

- protection classes and application examples for FFPs in

Dräger Alcotest 6820

- Basic functions

- Switching on and off the device

- Taking a breath sample

- Interpreting the result

- Preparing the device for another breath sample

This course is taken externally on the Astutis platform, the delegate will receive a separate email from the provider with access details once this is processed by Astutis.

The enrolment will then be marked complete in Trainingportal once the course is passed.

This course has been developed to provide learners with an understanding of the importance of employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace, how they fit within an ESG strategy, and strategies to identify unconscious bias and create a more inclusive workplace culture.
