Course Description:- Deck Module 3 consists of only one virtual tour. This course will focus on the Forecastle area. Here, you will be guided on how to carry out checks of various items, including checking the general housekeeping, the deck equipment and machinery found in the forecastle to ensure that all the equipment is ready for immediate use. This course will also show you the most frequent checks and tests carried out by various inspectors and auditors. Learning Objectives:- At the end of this module, the candidate will be able to: · Demonstrate the various general checks that are carried out whilst inspecting the forecastle area and will be able to ensure that the forecastle is compliant in all respects and ready for inspection. · Demonstrate the various general checks and tests that are carried out in the forecastle store, and will be able to ensure that this area is compliant in all respects and ready for inspection.
