The Aramark Competency Assurance Management System (ACAMS) provides the framework to meet these needs and is applied to Offshore Hotel Service operations including catering, cleaning, laundry services, helicopter administration and maintenance services.
The policy and procedures are reviewed annually.
The Operations Managers, supported by HSEQ resources, have a responsibility to the Managing Director to ensure that all employees receive the training and skills necessary and that individual competence in each job role can be demonstrated.
The ACAMS Policy is supported by the organisation’s Training and Development Policy and training matrices.
