IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing course will provide managers with the practical advice and tools to help create a healthy and productive workplace.

IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing is targeted at line managers and offers them practical advice to manage health risks and understand their responsibilities for the health and wellbeing of staff.  It equips line managers with the basic tools and techniques to play their part in improving health and wellbeing across their organisation.

The course is split into 4 modules and covers:

• Importance of managing workplace health and wellbeing

• Health risk management

• Fitness for work and the need to manage changes in the health status of employees

• The business value of promoting a wellbeing programme

Hensikt: Grunnleggende overlevelsestrening for offshore vindindustri. 

Ved gjennomføring av Global Wind Organization (GWO) Basic Safety Training (BST) vil delegatene ha en bevissthet om farene som oppstår når de arbeider i vind-industrien og hvordan man kontrollerer og reduserer disse farene.

Kursdeltakerne vil få (repetert) kunnskap og ferdigheter til å anerkjenne fordeler og begrensninger knyttet til livreddende utstyr og PVU samt korrekt bruk av dette i forbindelse med offshore vind. 

Hensikten med kurset er å gi deltakerne kunnskaper/oppfriskning om livreddende utstyr, GMDSS og SAR utstyr, hvordan en kollektivt kan øke sjansen til overlevelse i en nødsituasjon, hvordan entre og forlate vindturbiner, samt evakuering i nødsituasjoner. 

Kurset dekker krav til opplæring av personell og repetisjonskurs både land- og havvind iht:

- Global Wind Organization (GWO)

- Arbeidstilsynet (Forskrifter)


Kompetanse for «Sea Survival» skal vedlikeholdes iht. retningslinje i GWO standarden. Det skal gjennomføres repetisjonskurs hvert 2. år.

With COVID-19 meaning that home working is no longer an option but a necessity for many, what are the potential side effects on our health and work performance. Employers may need to provide additional training to ensure appropriate supervision and work behaviours. These include remote technology, communication skills development, time management and ergonomics.

This course is made for personell envolved in design, planning, projecting, installation and maintenance on electrical installations and equipment offshore. 

The purpose of the standard is to minimize the hazards to people and equipment, whilst optimizing dependability.

Content:

- An easy to understand overview and explanation of the committees/regulations/standards and how they are intertwined. 

- Presentation of the regulations and norms: PTIL 5 HMS, Nek 410 (IEC 60092), Nek 420 (IEC 60079), ATEX directives including standards and the Norsok series. 

- The structure and history of the IEC 61892 series, and the scope and application. 

- By using a fictive, illustrated installation, we will focus on the practical elements covered in the following standards: 

o IEC 61892-1 - General requirements and conditions 

o IEC 61892-2 - System Design 

o IEC 61892-3 – Equipment 

o IEC 61892-4 – Cables 

o IEC 61892-6 – Installation 

o IEC 61892-7 – Hazardous areas

Hensikt:

Målsetting med opplæring er at den som gis opplæring tilegner seg tilstrekkelig kunnskap om metoder for å lede og veilede løfteoperasjoner slik at de blir forskriftmessig utført.

Opplæringen gir også kunnskap om farer forbundet med løfteoperasjoner samt bruk av risikokartlegging.

Kurset gir deltakere kunnskap til å kunne utøve overordnet operasjonell ledelse av løfteoperasjoner. Med det menes å kunne planlegge, risikokartlegge og evaluere, samt forebygge ulykker. Videre vil deltaker også tilegne seg kunnskaper om å gjøre rede for materialhåndteringsplan, oppbevaring og bruk av utstyr.

Målsetting med opplæring er at den som gis opplæring tilegner seg tilstrekkelig kunnskap om metoder for å lede og veilede løfteoperasjoner slik at de blir forskriftmessig utført.

• Lover, forskrifter, standarder og retningslinjer som gjelder vedr. bruk av løfteutstyr

• Overordnet operasjonell ledelse av løfteoperasjoner

• Helhetlig planlegging av løfteoperasjoner

• Risikokartlegging

• Identifisering av og etablering av barrierer. Gjennomføring og evaluering av en løfteoperasjon

• Informasjonsutveksling

• Krav for oppbevaring av løst løfteutstyr

• Krav for ulike typer løfteutstyr

• Krav til fadder, praksis og sensor

• Avsluttende prøve
