The course is designed for people who already know how to declare on paper and who want to learn how it is done electronically.

Stress is our body's way of responding to physical, emotional, or mental demands. Although typically associated with negative circumstances, stress can be caused by both good and bad experiences. Our bodies react to stress by releasing chemicals into the blood to give us energy and strength to handle the situation. This evolutionary reaction can be a good thing when stress is caused by real physical danger; however, this survival response can wreak havoc if it builds up without a proper outlet. This interactive online course discusses signs and symptoms of stress, and explains the physical and emotional effects of built up stress, such as pain and anxiety. The course also describes stress management techniques, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to help alleviate stress.

The course covers the theoretical part of training the hooker and signaler. The course will provide you with basic theoretical knowledge about the correct selection, control, use and maintenance of various types of lifting equipment. (Regulations on the performance of work § 10-1 and § 10-2).

Induction course in HSE is designed so that participants will have the first necessary expertise to ensure safety challenges in their daily work. This occurs in part through increased awareness of what is valuable and should be prioritized. The course also draws attention to the main framework governing the HSE The course is designed in order to create interest and motivation to work with HSE in the workplace.

Section 7 of the “Safety Regulations for Work and Operation of Electrical Equipment and Installations” (FSE) sets requirements for yearly FSE training for relevant personnel. This e-learning course takes you through the requirements of the regulations and gives you training and instruction in FSE. The course focuses on safety for work on low voltage installations.
