Complying with the GDPR is mandatory for organisations processing personal data in the EU or EEA and for organisations processing the personal data of EU and EEA residents from abroad. This course introduces the principles and rights enshrined in the GDPR and the obligations organisations have to comply with it.

Exam in TP with 80% pass mark with two attempts.

This course is for those who are involved with Control of Work at a work site, specifically Performing Authorities.

This course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the key elements of a Safe System of Work (SSOW)} and demonstrate how understanding and following a Safe System of Work contributes to successful control of work.

This course aims to ensure that all personnel have a consistent and common understanding of, and approach to Control of Work.
