Organisational culture is an exciting topic, which is concerned with the values and norms that are evident in an organisation and which help shape how we think, act and behave. Organisational culture is the way in which we do things here in our firm. 

In this module we look more closely at what organisational culture is, how it shapes our workplace and how leaders can influence the way it develops. Leaders have an important role in developing a robust learning and performance culture.

The course provides you with knowledge of all the topics in the training plan Module 2.3 – G11 Lifting equipment. Certified safety training that provides you with in-depth knowledge about the correct selection, inspection, safe use and maintenance of various types of lifting equipment.

Workplace ethics refers to a set of moral and legal guidelines that all employees of an organization should abide by. These guidelines typically define the ways in which the employees interact with each other and the customers alike. In essence, workplace ethics guide how companies serve their clients and treat their employees. Set guidelines don’t have any meaning if the employees aren’t aware of them, and this is where the aspect of ethical awareness comes in. Ethical awareness is the ability and eagerness to critically analyze, evaluate, and change if required, one’s morals and ethics. All employees in an organization must be conscious of the ethical implications that their actions may have.
