Innhold

Dette kurset tilfredsstiller kravene til Sikkerhetsopplæring for sjøfolk på skip med lengde (L) under 24 meter i fartsområde liten kystfart.

Kurset gir i utgangspunktet ikke tilstrekkelig sikkerhetsopplæring for sjøfolk på:

Lasteskip med lengde (L) over 24 meter

Lasteskip med bruttotonnasje over 500

Lasteskip i større fartsområder enn liten kystfart

Passasjerskip med passasjersertifikat for 13 eller flere passasjerer

Fiskefartøy uansett størrelse og fartsområde

Emnene i kurset tar utgangspunkt i STCW-konvensjonens regel VI, Avsnitt A-VI/1 og tabeller A-VI/1-1, 1-2, 1-3 og 1-4, men innhold og omfang er tilpasset til skip med lengde (L) under 24 meter i fartsområde liten kystfart eller mindre.

Varighet

Kursets varighet er 1 dag, hvorav halvfparten er e-læring som deltaker gjennomfører på egenhånd før ankomst kurssenter. 

1 kursdag er 10 skoletimer

1 skoletime er 45 minutt

Innlevering

E-læring sendt fra Knowledge portal må være fullført før deltaker møter på kurssenter.

Aviation fuel

Emergency situations and normal operations on a helicopter deck

After completing the training, the participant shall be able to:

Mob boat

Be able to launch, dock, operate the boat and equipment in a satisfactory manner

Master the most common search methods

Perform person recovery in the water and be able to perform the functions of the MOB boat crew

Search and rescue and HLO

Conduct search and rescue with the correct use of extinguishing and protective equipment

Use the correct extinguishing and protective equipment to extinguish a fire

Use protective and breathing air equipment correctly, as well as perform safety checks of equipment

Use the helideck manual

Perform communication and weather reporting with helicopter

Handle dangerous goods

Describe and perform supervision of the fuel system

Perform HLO's tasks in emergency situations and normal operations on the helideck

Duration:

This course can be completed as a combination course with Offshore Norway's Helicopter Landing Officer refresher course and search and rescue refresher course, the duration of the course is then 3 days.

1 course day is 8 hours with a minimum of 6 hours of effective teaching

1 hour is 60 minutes

Night-search is carried out in the evening, after dark.

Content

The training shall provide competence in:

Risk understanding and barriers

First aid

Helicopter evacuation

Fire protection

Evacuation means

Use of survival suit in the sea

After completing the training, the participant must be able to:

Describe risk factors and identify barriers

Contribute to increased safety on offshore installations

Perform life-saving first aid

Evacuate from helicopter

Prevent fires and put out smaller fires

Evacuate from offshore facilities in lifeboat, escape chute and raft

Use a survivalsuit in water

Duration

The duration of the course is 4 days, where the first day is carried out as e-learning on your own outside the course center.

1 day is 8 hours with a minimum of 6 hours of effective training

1 hour is 60 minutes

Submission

The e-learning for the course must be completed before you attend practical exercises at the course center. Access to e-learning is sent by email from the Knowledge portal. You must complete all modules in the e-learning.

Innhold:

Opplæringen skal gi kompetanse innen:

Beredskapsorganisasjonen, kommandoforhold og krisereaksjoner

Grunnleggende innføring livbåt

Mønstring, klargjøring og evakuering

Alternative evakueringsmidler

Deltakeren skal etter endt opplæring kunne;

Beskrive organisering av beredskap på innretning offshore, samt hensikt med en slik organisering

Klargjøre livbåt for evakuering

Organisere og lede mønstring og ombordstigning

Kommunisere via radio, internt i livbåt og med beredskapsledelsen

Sjøsette livbåt fra innretning og føre livbåt i sikker sone

Manøvrere/føre livbåt og tilrettelegge for opphold om bord på sjøen

Håndtere nødsystemer og utstyr tilpasset ulike forhold om bord i livbåt

Beskrive utsetting og trygg evakuering ved bruk av alternative evakueringsmidler; flåte og redningsstrømpe

Kursets varighet: 4 dager.

1 kursdag er 8 timer med minimum 6 timers effektiv opplæring

1 time er 60 minutter
