Welcome to the course on Managing Stress and Emotions. Each one of us, in today’s fast-paced world has experienced the emotions of anxiety, stress, depression. Since 2020, the pandemic accelerated the feeling of loneliness caused by a lack of human interaction and soon, the mental health and wellness of employees became a prime area of concern for organizations around the world. Each year, mental health costs the global economy a loss of USD 1 Tn per year in lost productivity. The need of the hour is to have work-life balance and more sustainable ways of working that don’t burn you out in the long run. Stress and anxiety are usually caused by a lack of boundaries that lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, which can quickly spiral out of control for an already anxious person. The objective of this course is to enable individuals to find ways to cope with stressful situations at work or in personal life through a combination of techniques, tools and healthy boundaries.

The course covers the theoretical part of training the hooker and signals. The course will provide you with basic theoretical knowledge about the correct selection, control, use and maintenance of various types of lifting equipment. (Regulations on the performance of work § 10-1 and § 10-2).
