Course Description:- This course focuses on the cargo control room; you will be guided on how to carry out checks, including checking to see various posters and information displayed, checking to see various alarm settings, important documentation checks and ensuring all the equipment, documentation, and recordkeeping is ready for immediate use. This course will also show you the most frequent checks and tests carried out by various inspectors and auditors. Learning Objectives:- At the end of this course, the candidate will be able to demonstrate the various general checks and tests that are carried out whilst inspecting the CCR and will be able to ensure that the CCR is compliant in all respects and ready for inspection.

All personnel working onboard Superyachts.

No previous experience is required to complete this course.

What standards are referenced in the course?

• Section A-VI/1 of STCW Code

This course includes all subjects needed to prepare candidates for the rotary drilling well control exam, surface and subsea BOP stack on driller level (Level 3).

A printed course manual and exercise book is provided for all attendees. The IWCF exam is included in the course.

The course has been made on basis of the recommendations for enhancements to well control training, issued by the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (OGP).

Den første kursdagen gjennomføres som selvstudie på e-læring utenfor kurssenteret, og den siste gjennomføres som praktisk opplæring på kurssenteret. E-læringen kan gjennomføres når det passer deg best, så lenge den er fullført før du møter til praksisdagen.

Innlevering

E-læringen må være gjennomført og bestått FØR du møter til praktisk kursdag på kurssenteret.

Upon completing this course, you will be able to describe the salient points of Rule 12 and to whom the rule applies. You will also be able to apply the rule to simple and complex collision avoidance situations that may occur when two sailing vessels meet so as to involve a risk of collision.
