Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 80%.

The short course aims to explain why crew should wash their hands; clearly define the requirements of hand-washing facilities; understand how to wash hands effectively; when to wash hands and will give an understanding to the crew member of their role in creating a positive hand-washing culture in the workplace.
