Norske myndigheter pålegger arbeidsgiver å sikre at alle arbeidstakere har fått dokumentert opplæring i betjening av alt arbeidsutstyr som anses som farlig, eller krever særlig forsiktighet ved bruk. («Forskrift om utførelse av arbeid» nr. 1357, § 10-2 Krav om dokumentert sikkerhetsopplæring ved bruk av arbeidsutstyr.) Kurset gir en grunnleggende innføring i sikker bruk av farlig småverktøy som eksempelvis: vinkelslipere, kappsag, boltepistol og spikerpistol. Når kurset er bestått kan man laste ned kursbevis umiddelbart.


Hensikt:

Gi kursdeltakerne økt kunnskap og bevisstgjøring av sikkerhetstiltak, for å unngå personskader og ulykker på arbeidsplassen.

 Regulations must be followed so that dangerous goods can be transported by air without endangering the aircraft, passengers or crew. This course will give you a basic understanding of the regulations for shipping dangerous goods by air, including their labelling, packing and stowage. The knowledge gained in this course will help you to stay safe while handling dangerous goods in your day-to-day activities and if there is an emergency situation. It will also outline the documentation required to accompany goods for transportation.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

In a risk assessment,  potential events and consequences are considered. In this course, we focus on unwanted events such as failures and accidents. This could be, for example, a gas leak or afire at an oil platform, that equipment stops working during an operation in a hospital, or that an accident occurs during the execution of a work task. The risk analysis process consists of three phases:

1) Planning

2) Risk assessment

3) Risk management

This course shows how these phases can be planned and implemented in practice. There are many guidelines and standards on how a risk assessmentcan be carried out, and many are adapted to particular industries and professional areas. This course presents a general approach that can be used in most industries.

 

 

COURSE CONTENT

•Introduction:What is risk? What is the purpose of a risk assessments?

•Risk assessment and risk management:Description of the steps in a risk assessment, what is important to look out for in the various steps, and how the risk assessment can be applied in risk management.

•Risk analysis methods:There are numerous risk assessment methods that are suitable for looking at different issues. An introduction is given to some of these; Hazid/ course risk analysis, SJA, HAZOP, FMEA and QRA. It’s crucial to choose a method that is well adapted to the problem you are looking at.
