Kurset tar for seg for seg forberedelse, planlegging, HMS, utførelse og dokumentering av arbeid ved flensemontasje med boltetrekking av flenseforbindelser på høytrykks– og hydrokarbonførende prosessystemer. Det blir fokus på mekanisk momentnøkkel, demonteringsprosedyrer, opprettingsprosedyrer og monteringsprosedyrer. Dag 1: Teori Dag 2: Teori og praktiske øvelser på Flensejigg.
Målsetningen med opplæringen er at den som gis opplæring får mulighet til å tilegne seg kompetanse innen organisering av beredskap, risikovurdering, fallsikring og riktig bruk av redningsmidler, redning av fritt hengende person, redning av personell over åpen sjø, tank, båretransport, nedfiring samt behandling av personell etter fallulykke.
