Standard NS-EN 1591-4 sets requirements for maintenance of competence. If there has been a stay with work on flanged connections for six months or more, a new refresher course must be completed in order to continue to have valid approval. We offer a separate course for those who do not get enough practice (within 6 months) to maintain the approval. The aim is to provide the participant with sufficient theory and practice to continue to be able to perform flange work in accordance with current requirements. This course replaces the previous PRO-009 HSE for Safety Delegates (40 hours course) course.


The course is a combination of the e-learning course “PRO-015 HSE for Safety delegates and Leaders” and a 1-day classroom session. It will comply with the Working Environment Act Sections 6-5 and 7-4 on training of Safety Delegates and AMU representatives. The 1-day session takes place preferably in a physical classroom, where topics from the e-learning course will be deepen further, in example through cases and group discussions. The training will be adapted to the company’s needs and preferences.

The course is designed to improve the participants‘ ability to handle HSE challenges in their daily work, and provides reasons for why this work is both useful and profitable. The participants are introduced to the most important principles and methods within HSE work. The course provides a theoretical foundation in HSE, all the time with a clear view of how the work with safety, health and environment is planned and carried out in practice.

Dette kurset vil gi fremtidige kranførere en god teoretisk grunnopplæring i sikker bruk av offshorekran. Opplæringen gir kandidatene god innsikt i prinsippene for offshorekraners konstruksjon, virkemåte, vedlikehold og bruk slik at uhell og ulykker i forbindelse med løfteoperasjoner unngås. Opplæringen dekker den teoretiske sikkerhetsopplæringen som kreves for G5 offshorekran, samt G20 fastmontert hydraulisk kran. Kurset avsluttes med en skriftlig teoretisk prøve. Når opplært person har bestått teoretisk prøve, samt eksamen for anhukere med tillegg av praktisk kjøreprøve på offshorekran, vil dette være grunnlag for utstedelse av kompetansebevis for fører av G5 offshorekran.

Basic first aid for the wind industry.

Upon completion of the Global Wind Organization (GWO) Basic Safety Training (BST), delegates will have awareness of the dangers that arise when working in the wind industry and how to control and reduce these dangers.

The course covers the requirements for training of personnel and refresher courses both onshore and offshore wind in accordance with:

The purpose of this course is to submit the understanding of well control techniques for surface and subsea BOP installations at driller level according to new International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) WellSharp standards.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The objective of this course is to give the trainee DPOs as much hands-on experience as possible in the time available. This is achieved by running the candidates through intensive simulator training whilst being exposed to environmental and technical worst case scenarios. This will increase the candidate’s operational skills and knowledge in DP Operations.
