Teknisk ansvarlig skal:

• Ivareta teknisk tilstand for løfteutstyr
• Sørge for at nødvendig vedlikeholdsprogram blir etablert, implementert, utført og vedlikeholdt etter produsentens instruksjoner og erfaringer med denne typen utstyr.
• Sørge for at nødvendig sakkyndig kontroll blir utført og fulgt opp.
• Sikre at eventuelle kompenserende tiltak, pålegg og bruksbegrensninger blir iverksatt.
• Sørge for at nødvendig dokumentasjon for løfteutstyr er tilgjengelig.
• Sikre at operatøren får tilgang til rapporter fra sakkyndig kontroll og dermed blir klar over avvik, pålegg og tidsfrister.
• Vurdere behov for og anbefale fornyelse og modifikasjoner av løfteutstyr i samråd med brukere,
• Sørge for at standardens krav til oppbevaring av løst løfteutstyr blir oppfylt.

Innhold

Medisinsk førstehjelp holdes i henhold til STCW-konvensjonens regel VI/4, avsnitt A-VI/4 og tabell A-VI/4-1 og inneholder teoretisk og praktisk undervisning i emnene

Kurset gjennomføres som blandet opplæring, hvor deltakeren på egenhånd og i forkant av praktiske øvelser på kurssenter gjennomfører e-læringen som hører til kurset. Tilgang til e-læring sendes på mail fra Knowledge portal.

Varighet

Kursets varighet er 1 kursdag, hvorav halve dagen utgjøres av e-læringen.

På kurssenteret er det da 4 skoletimer.

Innlevering

E-læringen tilhørende kurset må være 100% gjennomført og bestått før du møter til praktiske øvelser på kurssenteret.

The training is according to training plan module P-4.1.1 covers repetition requirements in NORSOK R-003.

Validity:

3 years according to NORSOK
2 years according to OPITO

Holders of a G5 certificate must meet the requirements for updating through module P-4.1.1 "Offshore crane simulator" within three years, and then update this every three years. If this update is not carried out the certificate is still valid, but the G5 certificate holder cannot operate a crane until the requirements for the simulator training have been completed.

Opplæringen skal gi kompetanse innen:

Beredskapsorganisasjonen, kommandoforhold og krisereaksjoner

Grunnleggende innføring livbåt

Mønstring, klargjøring og evakuering

Alternative evakueringsmidler

Deltakeren skal etter endt opplæring kunne;

Beskrive organisering av beredskap på innretning offshore, samt hensikt med en slik organisering

Klargjøre livbåt for evakuering

Organisere og lede mønstring og ombordstigning

Kommunisere via radio, internt i livbåt og med beredskapsledelsen

Sjøsette livbåt fra innretning og føre livbåt i sikker sone

Manøvrere/føre livbåt og tilrettelegge for opphold om bord på sjøen

Håndtere nødsystemer og utstyr tilpasset ulike forhold om bord i livbåt

Beskrive utsetting og trygg evakuering ved bruk av alternative evakueringsmidler; flåte og redningsstrømpe

Praksis til kurset gjennomføres i simulator, som gjør at man kan trene trygt under marginale forhold, samt at man rekker mange øvelsesgjennomføringer og får dermed verdifull mengdetrening som livbåtfører.
