Intended for all personnel working within the hospitality department onboard superyachts and cruise ships.
Is previous experience required?
It is highly recommended to take these courses in order. There is one course that should be taken before you proceed with this training. This is Table Setting and Food Service Skills Part. Following this training, there is also Table Setting and Food Service Skills Part 3.
How will the course benefit me?
Welcome to the Magnums Method™ for 7 Star Service for Butlers, Table Setting and Food Service Skills, part 2. In Part 1 we covered the Introduction to Service; we now move on to Part 2: Preparing for Service. Introductory Note: In this lesson, you will go through an introductory note from the author, a short history of butlers and an introduction to this course. Food and Menus: In this lesson, you will explore menus, different types of foods and specialist food terminology. Table Settings: In this lesson, you will learn different aspects of table setting.
