Description:
This course focuses on the final checks for arrival; on the bridge, deck, accommodation and forecastle to ensure the vessel is compliant in all respects and ready for any inspection. At the end of this module, the candidate will be able to: · Demonstrate the various general checks and tests that are carried out in the accommodation & aft deck to ensure that the accommodation & aft deck are fit for use and compliant during an inspection. · Demonstrate the various general checks and tests that are carried out on the bridge on arrival which ensures the bridge is compliant in all respects and ready for inspection. · Demonstrate the various general checks and tests that are carried out on the upper deck & forecastle on arrival and will be able to ensure that the upper deck & forecastle is compliant in all respects and ready for inspection.
