Although it’s consistently voted top of the list as the thing that makes us feel stressed out, money is actually a fairly minor cause of actual stress.

 

What is more likely to cause a meltdown is having too much to do in too little time. It is known that stress and anxiety can cause severe mood disorders, and physical symptoms and weaken people’s ability to cope with everyday situations. This course will give you a brief insight into reducing stress when you are home.
