Across the world, there has been a movement from traditional to modern eating, including a movement of traditional eating patterns from their origin culture to new cultures, and the emergence of new foods and eating behaviors. In this course Dr Sheth explores how consumption habits of people changes with regards to food and how one can understand their consumers better by studying these aspects.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:​

-Describe the symbiotic relation between people’s genes and diet.​

-Explain the impact of modernization on this relation, and​

-Map the various climatic zones as per the nature of people’s diet in those regions.
